Public offer

This document is a public offer under Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is addressed to anyone who wants to buy from this store, and placing an order means you accept it in full. If you do not accept it, please do not order.

The seller is LLC RaceHub, [BIN: to be filled in], 3 Yedil Yergozhin Street, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan, referred to below as we or the seller. The buyer is you.

1. What we sell

Performance parts, tuning hardware and software for cars. Every listing shows a description, price and, where relevant, the vehicles it fits.

Photographs are illustrative. Manufacturers change finishes, hardware and packaging without telling their dealers, so minor cosmetic differences between the photo and the part you receive are not a defect.

Fitment data is a guide, not a guarantee. Cars of the same model differ by market, engine code and previous modifications. If the fit matters and you are not sure, write to us with your VIN before ordering and we will check.

2. Placing an order

You order through the site by adding items to the basket and confirming the delivery and contact details. The order is your offer to buy on these terms. The contract is concluded when we confirm the order by email.

We may decline an order and will tell you why. Real reasons this happens: the item is out of stock, the price on the site was wrong, the delivery address is one we cannot ship to, or the payment does not pass our fraud checks.

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter. We ship to the address as given.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the site and include VAT only where that is stated explicitly. They do not include delivery, which is calculated at checkout, and they do not include import duties or taxes in your country. Those are covered on the Shipping page and are the buyer's responsibility.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already confirmed.

Payment is by the methods offered at checkout. Card data is handled by the payment provider and never reaches our servers. We start preparing an order once payment has cleared.

If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel and be refunded in full.

4. Delivery

We ship worldwide. Times, carriers and costs are set out on the Shipping page, which forms part of this offer.

Delivery times are estimates that depend on carriers and customs, and we cannot guarantee a date. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier hands the parcel over at the delivery address. Damage in transit is handled through the procedure on the Shipping page, and following it, especially the note on the delivery document, is what makes a claim possible.

If a parcel is returned to us because nobody collected it, we refund the goods minus the shipping costs actually incurred in both directions.

5. Returns and warranty

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused part, and separate rights when a part is defective. The full procedure and the exceptions, which matter in tuning, are on the Returns page. It forms part of this offer, and we ask you to read it before ordering software or anything made to order.

6. Installation and use

Parts sold here are intended for installation by a competent technician. Many of them change how a vehicle behaves.

You are responsible for checking whether a part is road legal where you drive and whether it affects your vehicle approval or insurance. Rules differ sharply between Kazakhstan, the EU, the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada, and some items we sell are sold for closed course and competition use only where the listing says so.

We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation, by use outside the manufacturer's specification, or by tuning carried out by third parties.

7. Liability

We are liable for the goods we supply as required by law. Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for consequential losses: lost track time, missed events, towing, storage, hire cars or engine damage arising from tuning we did not carry out.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing here removes the statutory rights of consumers in their own country.

8. Force majeure

Neither side is in breach for a delay caused by something outside its control: natural events, war, sanctions, border closures, carrier or customs suspensions, or failures of payment infrastructure. We tell you what has happened and, if the delay makes the order pointless, you can cancel and be refunded.

9. Intellectual property

Text, photographs, catalogue structure and site code belong to us or our suppliers. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission. Brand names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used to identify the parts we sell.

10. Personal data

We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this offer.

11. Disputes

Please write to us first at [email protected]. Most disagreements are settled in a couple of emails, and it is faster for everyone than any formal route.

This offer is governed by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Unresolved disputes go to the courts at the seller's location. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

12. Changes

We may amend this offer. The version published on the site when you placed your order is the one that applies to it. Changes never apply retroactively to orders already confirmed.
