Shipping

We ship worldwide from Almaty, Kazakhstan. Most of what we send goes to the United States, Canada and Europe, so everything below is written with international parcels in mind.

Processing your order

Orders placed on a working day are packed and handed to the carrier within one to three business days. Parts we hold in stock move fastest. If something in your order has to come from the manufacturer first, we write to you the same day and give you a realistic date instead of letting the order sit quietly in the queue.

Bulky and fragile items such as intercoolers, manifolds and body panels are crated separately. That adds a day to packing, and it is the reason those parts arrive in one piece.

Carriers and how long it takes

Our default service is EMS, which hands the parcel over to the postal operator in your country: USPS in the United States, Canada Post in Canada, and the national post in most of Europe. Transit times we actually see once a parcel leaves Kazakhstan:

  • United States and Canada: 10 to 18 days
  • European Union and the United Kingdom: 8 to 15 days
  • Everywhere else: 12 to 25 days

These are real ranges rather than the carrier's best case. The usual reason a parcel stops moving for a few days is a customs inspection, not a lost package.

For heavy freight, or when you need a firm delivery date, we also ship with commercial couriers. Ask before you pay and we will quote the difference.

Tracking

Every parcel gets a tracking number. It goes out by email as soon as the carrier scans the package, and it appears in your account under Orders. International tracking updates in jumps rather than continuously, so several quiet days between scans are normal.

What shipping costs

The cost depends on weight, dimensions and destination, and it is calculated at checkout before you pay. Large light parts are charged by volumetric weight, which is why a plastic intake pipe can cost more to send than a small heavy bracket.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices on the site do not include import duties, VAT, GST or customs clearance fees in your country. Those are set by your government, collected by the carrier or a broker, and they are yours to pay.

Import rules change often, and the rules for parcels entering the United States and the European Union have changed substantially in recent years. If the amount matters to you, check the current thresholds for your country before you order.

We declare the real value and the real contents of every shipment. We will not mark an order as a gift or write a lower value on the form. It is the one shipping request we always turn down, because a false declaration puts your parcel at risk of seizure and puts you on the wrong side of your own customs service.

When the parcel arrives

Open the box while the courier is still with you if the service allows it. If the packaging is crushed, torn or has been resealed, write that on the delivery document before you sign it. That note is what makes a claim against the carrier possible later. If you find damage after the courier has left, photograph the outer box, the labels and the part itself, and send the photos to us within 48 hours.

Addresses

We ship to the address exactly as you typed it. Check the postal code, the apartment number and the phone number before confirming the order, because the courier calls that number on arrival. If you spot a mistake, write to us straight away. We can change the address while the order is still with us, but not once the parcel is in the postal system.

For anything about a specific order, email [email protected] with the order number in the subject line.
