Valve bypass and remote control kit for the Ferrari F355. It gives the driver direct command of the exhaust valve instead of leaving it to the factory logic.

What it does

On the standard car the valve opens according to engine speed and load. With the Capristo kit you open or close it yourself from the cabin, so the quiet setting is available when you want it and the full sound when you ask for it. Closing the remote returns control to the original control unit, so nothing is lost.

Why owners fit it

The F355 exhaust is one of the defining things about the car, but a permanently open system is hard to live with. A bypass kit makes the difference switchable rather than built in, which is exactly what a classic used on the road needs.

Made at the Capristo factory in Sundern, Germany, and designed for the F355 valve layout.
