Exhaust valve control units from Capristo, supplied for its valved exhaust systems. Two versions are offered, both programmable.

CES-3 (04AZ00703003)

The programmable control unit that works from exhaust back pressure. You set separately when the flaps open in the quiet mode and in the sport mode: hard acceleration is recognised by the pressure signal and opens them at once, gentle acceleration opens them later. This is the unit used on Capristo systems for cars that have no factory flap control of their own.

EVCU-1 (04AZ00703011)

A programmable controller supplied with a remote, cables and hoses, so the flaps can also be opened and closed by hand from the cabin.

What is in the box

Both versions come as a control unit with wiring and the vacuum hoses needed for the valve actuators. The parts are made in Sundern, Germany, like the exhaust systems they belong to.

Before you order

• Check how your car controls its flaps: cars with electric OEM actuators need the E2P or E2E solution instead;
• The units are matched to Capristo valves, fitting them to another manufacturer's system is not covered.
