Performance box for the Ferrari 488 Pista. Capristo developed a separate module for the most powerful car of the 488 range: with it the engine reaches up to 800 hp instead of the standard 720 hp.

Measured on the dyno

On a Pista fitted with Capristo sport cats, race pipes and the valved exhaust, Capristo measured 788.4 hp against 713.9 hp before the box, and 605 lb-ft against 537.3 lb-ft - roughly 74 hp and 68 lb-ft more.

How it works

Painted die-cast aluminium housing with its own harness and connectors. The module works through the charge air sensors and the manifold air pressure sensor, with engine speed read from the OEM camshaft sensor. No soldering, no reflash: unplug it and the car is standard again.

Before you order

• For the 488 Pista only - Capristo states explicitly that it must not be used on the 488 GTB or GTS;
• Supplied without German approval and intended for off-road and track use; road use is not permitted in Germany and is restricted in some other countries;
• The quoted figures assume the Capristo exhaust; on an otherwise standard car the gain is smaller.
