Tailpipes Capristo Ferrari F8 Tributo

Carbon tailpipes for the Ferrari F8 Tributo. The set replaces the look of the standard tips: an anodised aluminium inner pipe with a carbon fibre outer shell, riveted onto the original tailpipe frame.

Construction

The inner pipe is anodised aluminium and is available in black, red or silver; the visible shell is carbon fibre. Because the parts mount onto the OEM frame, the exhaust routing, the valve system and the back pressure stay exactly as they were - this is an appearance part.

Finish

Capristo builds its carbon parts in Sundern, Germany, with the weave aligned to the shape of the part and a lacquer layer over it. Next to the diffuser of an F8 the difference against the standard painted tips is clearly visible.

Good to know

• Riveted onto the original tailpipes, so no welding and no change to the exhaust;
• Works with the factory exhaust and with the Capristo valved system;
• Carbon handles the heat at the tailpipe outlet, where temperatures are far lower than at the turbos;
• A longer version of the tips is offered as a separate part number.
