Carbon tailpipes for the Ferrari 488 Pista, offered in standard and long versions.

Two versions

• Carbon tailpipes (02FE08703023);
• Carbon tailpipes, long version (02FE08703026).

The long version sits further out of the bumper cut-out. Which one looks right depends on the rear valance and on whether the car wears the Capristo rear section.

How they are built

The carbon shell sits over an inner pipe that carries the heat, which is why the finish survives directly behind the exhaust outlet. Capristo cures its carbon in an autoclave on steel moulds, using the same weave as the factory carbon on the car.

What it changes

A visual part: flow, catalysts and valve control are untouched, so the tips can be fitted to a standard Pista as well as to one with the Capristo system.

Before you order

• The tips are shaped for the Pista rear end; the GTB and Spider use their own part number;
• Decide between standard and long version before ordering, they are not interchangeable afterwards;
• Mounting hardware is included and the factory position is kept.
