100 cell sport cats with heat protection for the Ferrari F8 Tributo. The section replaces the factory catalysts of the 3.9 twin-turbo V8 right behind the turbochargers, the point where a turbo car loses most of its exhaust note and most of its flow.

Why 100 cells

A 100 cell metal core has far less honeycomb area than the OEM catalyst, so back pressure drops and the V8 sounds harder and more immediate. A catalyst still remains in the system, which separates this option from straight cat delete pipes.

Heat protection

The cats are supplied with heat blankets. The insulation holds temperature inside the pipe, protects the engine bay components around the turbo area and keeps gas speed up where the turbochargers work.

Material and build

1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, mandrel-bent and hand welded in Sundern, Germany, polished after welding.

Before you order

• Lower cell density changes the exhaust gas signal, so depending on market and software an OBD solution may be needed;
• Designed to run with the Capristo valved exhaust system for the F8;
• Bolt-on fit to the OEM flanges and mounting points.
