Catalyst section for the Ferrari F430. Three configurations: two with sport catalysts and one with cat replacement pipes for track use.

Three versions

• 250 cell sport cats (02FE02303020);
• 250 cell sport cats in the second configuration (02FE02303021);
• Cat replacement pipes without catalysts (02FE02303011).

The catted versions differ in layout rather than cell count, so check which one suits your car.

Why this section matters

On the F430 the pre-catalysts sit inside the factory manifolds and the main converters follow immediately after. This section is where the engine first meets resistance, so opening it changes response as well as sound, far more than a rear silencer alone.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, hand TIG welded and polished in Sundern, Germany, built for the original flanges and mounting points.

Before you order

• Removing converters sets a check engine light on this model; plan for a simulator if the car is used on the road;
• Capristo headers for the F430 are a separate position and work together with this section;
• Cat replacement pipes are intended for track use.
