Catalyst section for the Ferrari 348. Capristo offers three ways to replace the original converters, from a sport catalyst that keeps the car road-legal in most markets to a full cat delete for track use.

Three versions

• 250 cell sport cats (02FE06003008);
• 250 cell sport cats in the second configuration (02FE06003009);
• Cat spare pipes without catalysts (02FE06003003).

The two catted versions differ in layout rather than in cell count, so confirm which one suits your car before ordering.

What it changes

On the 348 the converters sit between the manifolds and the rear system and are both a restriction and a silencer. Opening this section is what lets a FreeFlow rear system show its full effect.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, hand TIG welded and polished in Sundern, Germany, built for the original flanges and mounting points.

Before you order

• Cat spare pipes are intended for track use; road use without converters is restricted in most markets;
• Combine with the Capristo FreeFlow system or the valved version for the 348;
• On a car of this age, replace the flange gaskets during installation.
