Carbon rear decklid spoiler for the Audi RS5 F5 and the S5 F5. It sits on the trailing edge of the boot lid, where the standard car has a plain painted lip.

Material and build

Full carbon fibre in the Type K weave Audi uses on its own carbon trim, so the pattern matches factory parts. The layers are laid up in a custom mould, impregnated with resin and cured in an autoclave at the Capristo works in Sundern, Germany. Mounting hardware is included.

What it changes

The decklid is the one carbon part that shows in the mirror of the car behind, which is why it is the most ordered piece of the RS5 carbon range. It also fits the S5 F5 and the S4 and S5 of the B9 series.

Before you order

• Choose gloss or matt to match the other carbon parts on the car;
• Lacquer is UV stable, but carbon still ages faster in constant sun than paint;
• Installation uses the original fixing points, nothing is cut;
• The standard part can be refitted at any time.
