Link pipes Capristo Ferrari 575 Maranello / GTC

X-pipe centre section for the Ferrari 575 Maranello and 575 GTC. The link pipes take the place of the factory centre section and are built separately from the 550 part because the 575 routing and pipe lengths differ. Together with a sports rear silencer they open up the top end of the 5.7 V12.

Material and build

1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, mandrel-bent and hand TIG welded in Sundern, Germany. The alloy was chosen for its acoustic behaviour, low weight and resistance to exhaust temperatures above 600 °C.

What it changes

• Less restriction than the OEM centre section, especially from mid revs upwards;
• The X junction mixes both banks, which makes the V12 note deeper and more even;
• Noticeable weight saving over the factory pipes.

Good to know

• Dedicated 575 part - do not order the 550 version, the pipes are not interchangeable;
• Combines with the OEM rear muffler or with the Capristo valved silencer;
• Bolt-on installation into OEM mounting points;
• Raises the sound level permanently, there is no valve in this section.
