Front pipes for the Porsche Cayenne 536 with the 3.0 V6 Turbo EA839 in the single pipe layout. They sit between the turbocharger outlet and the rest of the system, in the section where the standard pipework is narrowed and bent around the drivetrain.

What changes

Straighter runs and a larger cross section lower back pressure close to the turbocharger, which is where it matters most on a single turbo engine. The gain is in throttle response and in how quickly boost builds, rather than in peak numbers alone.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, rated for continuous temperatures above 600 C, hand TIG welded and polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany, developed on 3D laser scans of the original pipework.

• It is supplied for racing use;

• Installation uses the original flanges and is reversible.
