Valved rear silencer for the Nissan GT-R R35 of the MK3, MK4 and Nismo generations. It replaces the factory rear muffler of the VR38DETT and is supplied with carbon tailpipes.

Two versions

• With carbon tailpipes and the CES-3 controller (02NI09503001);
• Catless version with post-cat pipes and carbon tailpipes (02NI09503003).

The first keeps the catalysts and gives you programmable flap control; the second goes further by replacing the converters as well and is the louder of the two.

Valve control

The CES-3 is programmable and works from exhaust back pressure: you set separately when the flaps open in the quiet and the sport mode, and a third mode keeps them open.

Material and build

Heat-resistant 1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, welded by hand in a TIG process and polished in Sundern, Germany.

Before you order

• The catless version is intended for track use and will usually set a check engine light;
• Downpipes and the centre section are separate positions and carry the larger flow gain on a twin-turbo V6;
• Bolt-on into the OEM mounting points.
