Valved rear silencer set for the Ferrari GTC4Lusso T with the 3.9 twin-turbo V8. Turbochargers absorb a large share of exhaust noise, which is why the T sounds reserved from the factory; this section removes most of the damping that sits behind them while keeping the car usable every day.

Material and build

Highest grade 1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, manually TIG welded and hand polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany. The reinforced construction is patented and aimed at suppressing resonance, which matters more on a turbo engine than on an atmospheric one.

Valve control

The flaps are driven by the engine ECU through the OEM vacuum lines. Closed, the tone is deeper than standard but still calm; open, the V8 comes through properly. A remote kit for manual control is available separately.

• Built for the V8 GTC4Lusso T, not interchangeable with the V12 Lusso silencers;
• Factory catalysts stay in place, so no emulator or software work is required;
