Rear silencer Capristo Ferrari F12 Berlinetta

Valved rear silencer set for the Ferrari F12 berlinetta. It replaces the rear muffler section of the naturally aspirated 6.3 V12 and keeps the factory logic: flaps closed at low load for a deeper but civil tone, flaps open when the engine is working.

Material and build

1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, manually TIG welded and hand polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany. The parts are drawn from 3D scans of the original exhaust, so flanges, hangers and vacuum connections match the car without adapters.

Valve control

The flaps are driven by the engine ECU through the OEM vacuum lines. With the optional Capristo remote kit you can open them manually at any time and hand control back to the ECU when you are done.

Good to know

• The rear section is shared with the 812 Superfast and 812 GTS, so the same part number covers all three;
• Lighter than the factory muffler - useful weight off the very back of the car;
• Mounting hardware is included and the OEM tailpipe position is kept;
• Combines with the Capristo X-pipe and with 100 or 250 cell downpipes for a complete system.
