Rear silencer Capristo Ferrari 458 Speciale

Valved rear silencer for the Ferrari 458 Speciale. The Speciale already leaves the factory with a harder exhaust note than the Italia, and this section takes it further without removing the quiet setting.

What it changes

The F136 FL runs higher compression and more aggressive cam timing than the Italia engine, and it is held back at the rear by the factory silencer. With the Capristo section the car keeps its road manners with the flaps closed and gives the full flat-plane V8 at 9000 rpm with them open.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, hand TIG welded and polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany, with Capristo's own valves and the patented reinforced construction against resonance. Lighter than the original silencer.

Before you order

• The part is specific to the Speciale; the Italia and Spider use their own rear sections;
• Sport cats for the Speciale are a separate position with five configurations;
• Capristo headers for the 458 family are listed separately;
• Installation uses the original mounting points.
