Valved rear silencer for the Ferrari 430 Scuderia. The Scuderia left the factory lighter and louder than the F430, and this section continues in the same direction without turning the car into something unusable.

What it changes

The Scuderia runs a shorter exhaust path and less insulation than the standard F430, so the rear silencer has a larger share of the total damping. Replacing it changes the character immediately: closed, the car keeps its road manners; open, the flat-plane V8 is heard with the hardness the model is known for.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, hand TIG welded and polished in Sundern, Germany. Lighter than the original silencer, which matters on a car built around weight reduction.

Before you order

• The part is specific to the 430 Scuderia and the 16M; the standard F430 uses a different silencer;
• Sport cats for the Scuderia are a separate position with four configurations;
• Capristo headers for the Scuderia are listed separately as well;
• Installation uses the original mounting points.
