Valved exhaust system for the Bentley Continental Supersports and GTC W12 from 2011. Capristo covers the whole second generation W12 range with one system: the convertible GTC and the Supersports take the same left and right mufflers with mid-pipes as the GT Speed.

What makes it work on a convertible

On the GTC the exhaust is far more present in the cabin with the roof down, so the ability to close the flaps matters more than on the coupe. Back pressure is monitored rather than simply removed, so the W12 keeps its torque delivery and the car stays usable as a long-distance tourer.

Material and build

1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, hand polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany. The OEM vacuum lines connect directly to the Capristo valves.

Before you order

• The part number is shared with the Continental GT Speed W12, so the same system covers several models - check the model year and body;
• A programmable control unit with a built-in pressure limit sets when the flaps open;
• Mid pipes and secondary race pipes are separate positions for the same cars.
