Valved exhaust system for the third generation Bentley Continental GT and GTC: W12 cars from 03/2018 and V8 cars from 12/2019. The section replaces the rear part of the factory system, which on this generation is tuned for silence above all.

What it changes

Closed, the flaps leave the car as refined as it left the factory, which is the point of a Continental; open, the engine is audible without the layer of damping Bentley builds in. Back pressure is controlled rather than simply removed, so torque delivery stays as designed.

Material and build

1.4828 (AISI T309) stainless steel, hand polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany, engineered with 3D laser scanning, CAD and CNC bending.

Before you order

• The third generation uses its own part numbers; nothing from the 2011-2018 cars fits;
• Check the build date: the W12 is covered from 03/2018 and the V8 from 12/2019;
• Confirm which valve control your car has, since that decides the configuration;
• Bolt-on into the OEM mounting points.
