Exhaust system for the Audi RS6 C8 and the C8 Performance with the 4.0 TFSI EA825 biturbo V8. These versions are built for the car's own electric flap actuators, so the standard driving modes keep control of the valves.

Three versions

• Anodized tailpipes with alu sleeve, oblique cut, OEM actuators (02AU01903036);
• Anodized tailpipes with alu sleeve, straight cut, OEM actuators (02AU01903037);
• For OEM actuators with electric flaps, without tailpipes (02AU01903038).

How it works

The valves stay closed at light load, so cruising noise is close to standard. Opened, the gas path shortens and bypasses the damping chambers. Because the system uses the factory actuators, Comfort and Dynamic keep the meaning they had before the swap.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, rated above 600 C, hand TIG welded and polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany, engineered on 3D laser scans of the original pipework.

Before you order

• The Performance version shares the exhaust layout with the standard C8;
• Tailpipe cut is chosen with the system;
• Installation uses the original mounting points and is reversible.
