Exhaust system for the Audi RS Q8 with the 4.0 TFSI EA825 biturbo V8. On a two and a half tonne SUV the standard system is tuned for isolation, so the rear section is where the V8 is held back hardest.

Four versions

• Standard system (02AU11903006);
• With EVCU-1 control unit (02AU11903013);
• For the OEM flap actuators (02AU11903016);
• For the OEM actuators, with ECE approval (02AU11903019).

The OEM actuator versions keep the factory driving modes in charge of the valves; the EVCU-1 drives them independently.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, rated for continuous temperatures above 600 C, hand TIG welded and polished to a mirror finish in Sundern, Germany, engineered on 3D laser scans of the original pipework.

Before you order

• The ECE approved version keeps the car street legal in Europe;
• The system is lighter than the heavy standard silencers it replaces;
• Downpipes with sport cats or catless are a separate part;
• Installation uses the original mounting points and is reversible.
