Catless racing pipes for the Lamborghini Aventador SV LP 750-4 with the 6.5 litre V12. They replace the standard catalysts, the largest restriction left in the exhaust of a naturally aspirated twelve-cylinder.

What changes

A catalyst is the narrowest point exhaust gas passes through. Removing it lowers back pressure where the V12 feels it, at high revs and full throttle, and the sound hardens because the ceramic that smoothed it is out of the way. The same article is used on the LP 700-4 and the S LP 740-4.

Material and build

T309 (1.4828) stainless steel, rated for continuous temperatures above 600 C, hand TIG welded in Sundern, Germany, developed on 3D laser scans of the original parts.

Before you order

• Capristo supplies these pipes for track use only;
• ECU programming may be required so no fault is set;
• A 250 cell sport cat version of the same section is available;
• They combine with the Capristo rear silencer or complete system;
• Installation uses the original flanges and is reversible.
