Carbon parts for the Ferrari F8 Spider, built around the tailgate with vents and safety glass: on the Spider the engine is hidden under a solid cover, and this part puts it back on display.

• Raw carbon tailgate with vents and safety glass (03FE12310001LG);
• Engine compartment side panels, left and right, gloss (03FE12310002LG) or matt (03FE12310002LM);
• Engine bonnet top cover, Capristo Edition (03FE12310009LG);
• Engine bonnet top cover, Original Edition (03FE12310010LG);
• Rear spoiler, mounting glue included (03FE12310007LG).

Two bonnet covers are offered because not everyone wants the Capristo design: the Original Edition follows the factory shape, the Capristo Edition has its own.

How the carbon is made

Capristo lays the prepreg by hand in its own billet steel moulds, cures the parts in an autoclave and finishes them with a hand applied clear coat, using the Type L weave Ferrari itself uses.

Good to know

• The rear spoiler is bonded, and the adhesive is supplied with it;
• Other positions use the factory fixing points and come with hardware;
• The tailgate is supplied in raw carbon, ready for the finish of your choice.
