Carbon fin set for the Audi R8 V10 and V10 Performance of the 4SPA facelift series, US market version. The fins sit in the side air intakes ahead of the rear wheels, where the standard car uses a painted insert.

• Matt lacquered (02AU00810012KM, 03AU00810015KM).

Two article groups cover the different intake versions of the facelift car.

Material and build

Full carbon fibre with K-weave, laid up and lacquered in Sundern, Germany. The part is moulded on a 3D scan of the original panel, so edges and gaps follow the body line without trimming. Mounting hardware is included.

What it changes

The intakes are the most visible panel on the side of the car, so carbon there reads from a distance and ties the side view to the rear diffuser and the front lip.

Before you order

• Choose gloss or matt to match the other carbon parts on the car;
• Lacquer is UV stable, but carbon still ages faster in constant sun than paint;
• Installation uses the original fixing points, nothing is cut;
• The standard part can be refitted at any time.
