What Makes TTH Upgrade Turbos Different from Stock Turbochargers?

TTH specializes in upgrade turbochargers and hybrid turbos developed around OEM turbocharger architecture. Depending on the application, TTH uses larger Extended Tip compressor wheels, upgraded compressor and turbine housings, high-flow turbine wheels, reinforced bearing systems and high-speed VSR balancing.

Many TTH turbo upgrades retain the factory mounting configuration and are designed as Plug & Play or bolt-on turbo upgrades. Selected high-output versions use Garrett GTX Gen.2 CHRA technology.

The actual power potential depends on the complete vehicle setup. Supporting modifications to the engine, fuel system, cooling system, intake, exhaust and ECU calibration may be required to achieve the advertised power level.

TTH Upgrade Turbos for BMW S58, S63 and S68

BMW is one of TTH's key applications. The manufacturer offers BMW M performance turbos and turbo upgrades for platforms including the M2, M3, M4, M5, M8, X3 M, X4 M, X5 M and XM.

For the BMW S58 3.0L Twin-Turbo, TTH offers the TTH-S58-1050 for the G87 M2, G80 M3, G82 M4, X3 M and X4 M. The upgrade turbo is designed for applications targeting up to 1050 HP, depending on the supporting setup and ECU tune.

For the BMW S63 4.4L V8 Twin-Turbo, TTH offers high-performance turbo upgrades for the F90 M5 and M8, with solutions available up to 1200 HP.

The newer BMW S68 4.4L V8 Twin-Turbo is also covered by the TTH range. The TTH-S68-1300 is designed for BMW M5 and XM applications targeting up to 1300 HP.

TTH Turbo Upgrades for Audi EA824 and EA825 4.0 TFSI

Another major TTH application is the Audi 4.0 TFSI V8 Biturbo.

For Audi S6, S7, RS6, RS7 and S8 models with the previous-generation 4.0 TFSI, TTH offers performance turbo upgrades with power potential up to approximately 850–1000 HP, depending on the specific application.

For the newer EA825 4.0 TFSI, TTH offers the TTH-EA825-1050. This upgrade turbo kit is designed for applications including the Audi RS6, RS7, RS Q8 and S8, as well as Lamborghini Urus, Porsche Cayenne and Porsche Panamera, with a stated potential of up to 1050 HP.

TTH Turbo Upgrades for Mercedes-AMG M157, M177 and M178

Mercedes-AMG is another major TTH application. The range includes upgrade turbos for the M157, M177 and M178 V8 Biturbo engines.

For the M157 5.5L V8 Biturbo, TTH offers solutions including the TTH-M157-1000, designed for applications targeting up to 1000 HP. These turbo upgrades are available for Mercedes-AMG E63, CLS63, S63, SL63, G63, GLE63 and GLS63 models equipped with the M157.

For the M177/M178 4.0L V8 Biturbo, TTH offers turbo upgrades with power potential up to 1040 HP. The dedicated M177 LS2 range includes TTH-M177LS2-900, 960, 1050, 1100 and 1200.

The TTH-M177LS2-1050 is designed for applications targeting 1050 HP, while the TTH-M177LS2-1200 is designed for projects targeting up to 1200 HP.

These turbo upgrades are used for Mercedes-AMG E63, GT63, G63, GLE63, GLS63 and S63 applications. TTH also offers solutions for Aston Martin models using the Mercedes-AMG 4.0L V8 platform.

TTH Upgrade Turbos for Porsche, Ferrari and Bentley

TTH also produces performance turbo upgrades for Porsche 911 Turbo and Turbo S. For the Porsche 992 Turbo S, the TTH-992-1200 is designed for applications targeting up to 1200 HP.

For Ferrari F8 and 488, TTH offers the TTH-F8-488-1000, an upgrade turbo kit for the 4.0L V8 Biturbo with a potential of up to 1000 HP. The TTH range also includes turbo upgrades for the Ferrari SF90, with solutions targeting up to 1200 HP.

For the Bentley Continental GT and Flying Spur 6.0L W12, TTH offers the TTH-BEB-800, designed for applications targeting up to 800 HP.
